Tony Viola has BS from Georgetown University and has an MBA from Case Western University. Tony was the Founder and President of Realty Corporation of America, one of the largest independent real estate brokerage operations in the Midwest.
Tony was indicted three times and tried twice on charges that he duped banks including JP Morgan into making “no money down” loans that did not meet the banks lending guidelines. Following a Federal Conviction, a whistleblower inside the prosecutor’s office gave Tony evidence proving his innocence, which he presented at a second state level trial, which he won. Tony has been a “jail house” lawyer who generously gives his time and knowledge of the law to help other inmates.
